ABOUT

Who We Are

This website is provided to support an educational initiative toward restoration of our American republican form of government.  A.C.E. is non-partisan, since political parties are not part of our true government, but the philosophy is obviously conservative.  All political parties have failed us.

The people involved in this are free, sovereign people serving as unpaid volunteers engaged in aiding others’ education, since education is the key to restoring our country to its lawful (de jure) status.  We began in, and are centered in, Missouri, but are branching into other states as contacts are made.  And some online activity is available.

Who We Are Not

To head off misunderstandings, it is important to emphasize that although we are focused on the education of individuals, we are not involved in encouraging people to interact with the de facto government by changing citizenship status.  A.C.E. understands the citizenship status change process, but that is not our emphasis. We are supporting the understanding people need in order to work together in peaceful, de jure assembly as a fundamental critical part of our true self-government republican structure.

Change of status is not a requirement to become involved with the jural assembly.  In most cases, an individual that has gone through a process of “changing status” with the de facto government may participate, but sometimes what an individual has done with signing and filing certain documentation will exclude the individual from participation in a jural assembly.  For these individuals the educational opportunities are still available, but membership in an assembly is not.

Also, we are not associated with https://missouridejureassembly.com, which appears very legitimate, but since it is tied to LifeForce, we advise very close investigation before anyone follows their path.

THE PROCESS.

People are invited to attend presentations we give that introduce and explain our true government structure as a limited republic, cover the fundamental aspects one needs to understand, explain the history causing us to lose our way, and direct people to the solution of how to restore all that was lost.

Only those awake to know that all is not well should come to A.C.E. presentations.  Regardless of how you previously voted, if you are disappointed with the results, and realize that the solution of trying to elect more and better leaders has failed, then you may be ready to attend.

HOW YOU PARTICIPATE

Presentations: If you want to learn, and perhaps join us, then check the SCHEDULE to find out what presentations are available in your area.  If nothing meets your need, you can contact one of the area (county) coordinators directly, or can e-mail us at info@AmericanCivicsEducation.org with your request.

Research:  We provide some general research avenues in the RESOURCES section.  But after someone has attended the two-part seminar, to get a firm understanding of direction and context, access is provided to the HOMEWORK section.  There are found numerous references to books, on-line books, videos, and other materials to support a deeper understanding of world and American history and American Civics.

County Groups:  Prior to formally creating a jural assembly in a county people meet in an informal group.  The purpose is to get organized, get educated, and increase the number of people participating.  At the appropriate time a formal process takes place, but until then interested visitors are welcome.  If a group is organizing, a Coordinator has been appointed, and his/her contact information is listed in the CONTACTS section.

County Jural Assemblies:  Once an informal group has settled their county to form a de jure jural assembly, the County Coordinator’s job is done. There is no longer an informal group.  The Communications Secretary of the county jural assembly can serve as a contact for help in joining the assembly and in receiving education.  The educational process of AmericanCivicsEducation.org is not officially part of the assembly, but acts in accord with it.  An interested person may contact the assembly Communications Secretary or info@AmericanCivicsEducation.org to get details about presentations being offered in any county.

Presentation Recordings:  Presentation are being made each Thursday at 7:00 PM Eastern time. Recordings of these can be found by gong to the HOMEWORK page, then to National Assembly, then to Presentation Index. Clicking on the date will link you to the actual recording. The AmericanCivicsEducation presentation occurs around 8:00 PM Eastern..
