Sources of Information
AmericanCivicsEducation.org (A.C.E) exists to educate about our true self-government that protects unalienable rights. That government structure includes jural (lawfull) assemblies of the people. The various presentations are the primary vehicles to deliver this educational information but other resources are available as well. Some resources are duplicated under different topic headings for ease of use. Many documents may be downloaded to your own computer for later use. Here are descriptions of the resource areas, with some examples to get you started. You will find these in the resource LIBRARY where information is stored in a table format by category within folders. If the excerpt starts with (~) a download is available. There is also a useful document search feature.
Teleconference
Various question & answer calls are available. These are sponsored and facilitated by various state general jural assemblies Times and access information are provided on this site and States.MOGJA.net.
Reference
Accurate definitions are important. One excellent reference resource is Heart of Blackstone, by Nanette Baker Paul. It is available at https://archive.org/details/cu31924018825699
Contacts
Help is available by making contact with individual state assemblies. General questions may be sent to this site administrator at info@americancivicseducation.org or statesgja@gmail.com. Or go directly to the States.MOGJA.net Contact Form

Books
Invaluable to an informed citizenry are the availability of good books. Here is one that can open your eyes, Fruit from a Poisonous Tree, by Mel Stamper 2008
Websites
A.C.E (this site) is focused on education. The Missouri GJA created a site MOGJA.net to support MIssouri. That site structure was cloned to create States.MOGJA.net to support the nation. Going there provides website and contact information for other state assemblies
Jural Assembly
A key component of our Republican government is We THE People in lawful assembly. The assembly determines the will of the people. Your state may not have one yet, but needs one. You can help get that started.

There are many people offering information to the public. One focused on the role of the military is found by searching for RattleTrap1776 on Rumble.com (Derek Johnson)
Historical Documents
Many documents are referenced either through links or as viewable .pdf files. One cannot fully understand unless the actual documents have been read and studied. And we have learned that so-called authorities have not always

Frequently Asked Questions
We believe in people-to-people communication. That is how our country is being restored–by people standing up together and helping one another. Contact us with questions, but self-education is vitally important. Go to the education COURSES section and start with the Self-Government section. Complete the second lesson on “By The People.” Then watch the Start-up series of videos. Then the National Series.
The website and all in-person seminars are free to the public. Contriibutions to pay for travel costs are always appreciated but not solicited.
This is education for anyone age 16 and up who want to understand and be involved in restoring our country to its greatness as a bastion of liberty.
GEORGE WASHINGTON: “The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can and undoubtedly will be recalled.”
THOMAS JEFFERSON: “On every question of construction [let us] carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text or invented against it, conform to the probably one in which it was passed.”
JAMES MADISON (Federalist 51): If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.”
PLATO: “The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.”
The Michigan General Jural Assembly developed the “Michigan Model” for how states could reassemble under original jurisdiction (Declaration of Independence) to reactivate its position in the American Union. The Missouri General Jural Assembly, as it went through the process, documented all of the steps. Subsequently the Missouri GJA created the Self-Government Settlement PLAN as a set of chronological steps supported by various separate resources (e.g., Documents, Guides, Websites) and housed this PLAN in a new website cloned from the Missouri GJA website MOGJA.net. This new website States.MOGJA.net has been made available to all states in the nation for free, to support each state’s reassembly process. If any state wishes to participate in re-establishing self-government a contact needs to be made using the Contact form on States.MOGJA.net. Access to the member portion of the States.MOGJA.net website and a separate state portal dedicated to that state.
Note that some resources in A.C.E show footers identifying the resource as part of the Settlement PLAN.
